“I am a Chartered Member CIPD qualified Employment Relations professional with 15 years’ experience in the field of the Employment Relations. I am also a graduate in Industrial Relations. I have worked in a wide range of sectors within the public and private sectors. My experience has ranged from being an adviser helping more than a 1000 employers and employees with their employment issues, to being a conciliator in Tribunal Cases with an 85% settlement success rate. I have also delivered employment law training for employers being number one trainer in the UK for my organisation and I trained as an in-house mediator.
